Producer

I use local product as often as possible. I bake with Skagit Valley flours, and use seasonal, local produce as much as possible. Everything I make is from scratch, here in Kitsap county.

I select my produce based on locality and seasonality. I do my best to do my homework on where my ingredients are from, and what practices are used to produce them. When choosing my chocolate, I choose ones grown with sustainable practices from producers that have eliminated slavery throughout the supply chain.
