For produce: We maintain organic growing practices in untreated soil and compost. No use of pesticides or herbicides, ever. For poultry: Our chicken and duck eggs are collected and washed daily and refrigerated until delivered to our customers. Per USDA guidelines, our eggs are stored at 40 degrees F or below to help minimize the risk of Salmonella. Our happy hens and ducks are fed a balanced diet of organic, non-GMO and soy-free feeds. They free-range and forage around the farm daily.

We maintain three separate water catchment systems on our farm and use filtered collections to water our crops and animals. Rainwater catchment supports our freshwater biodiversity and conservation efforts here on the farm. Crops and weeds are never sprayed with pesticides or herbicides, as we feed these to our animals, continually building healthy soil through composting. We aim for zero waste on our farm.
