My mission at Ancient Grains Kitchen is to create cookies that everyone - gluten free or not - can enjoy. The fun I've had dreaming up new flavors and textures is only surpassed by the satisfaction I've experienced bringing my dreams to delicious fruition using wholesome, gluten free ingredients. Mission accomplished when I hear someone say "I can't stop eating these cookies!"
We use organic ingredients when possible and all ingredients are non-GMO. We recycle whenever and whatever we can. Any surplus of product goes to the food bank at Fishline. Ancient Grains Kitchen has a Washington State Department of Agriculture certified food processors kitchen and follow all guidelines required by that agency. We are inspected annually and have never gotten less than a 99% on our kitchen inspections. Our kitchen is dedicated gluten free!
