Oxalis started at the Poulsbo Farmers Market in May 2019. All products are produced in at Farm Kitchen's licensed commissary kitchen, and sold by way of the Poulsbo Farmers Market, catering orders, and now Kitsap Fresh. Soups are delivered frozen, and bottled dressings and sauces refrigerated. And if you haven't had The Brownie, it's a matter of time. All of my recipes are inspired by what's available from local farms, and what will pair well with locally available produce.

I prioritize local, sustainable, organic and fair trade sourcing. I try to use reusable, biodegradable or compostable packaging for all of my products, and if not that, locally recyclable. Dressing bottles can be returned at the Poulsbo Farmers Market or through direct contact for a .75 deposit redemption. I source directly from local farmers throughout the growing season and work hard to minimize waste.
