About Us
Forest Frog Farms is a working modern day micro-farm located in Port Orchard WA. Our mission is to accelerate the use of regenerative agriculture, while increasing transparency in the food system. At our Farm we use no synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, artificial preservatives or GMO’s.
Just Real Food.
Our journey began when we decided to live a more healthy lifestyle and change the way we were eating. We discovered that the current food paradigm isn’t working the way it is.
What We Believe:
A NEW FOOD PARADIGM
Many farmers are currently enslaved to the corporate commodity system though debt and the enticement of government subsidies. Subsidies that contribute to the degradation of not only our land but our bodies as well as the bodies of our children. Each generation seems to become more sedentary & more obese.
We envision a food system that is different.
Our vision is of wholesome, fresh, healthy, nutrient-dense food that not only enhances the health of the body but also the health of the earth. Through regenerative agriculture, we believe that not just farmers but communities can play a part in the proper stewardship to heal ourselves, heal the land and create an equitable society.
As farmers, we believe in treating the life-giving land with care and showing animals the respect they deserve by treating them humanly. We do not use synthetic herbicides, synthetic pesticides or synthetic fertilizers of any kind.
We are committed to being a 100% Non-GMO farm.
