Packaging: Once the food is cooked, it is packaged at the facility to maintain its freshness and quality. For cooked food, we freeze it to preserve its taste and nutrients, while for fresh food, we package it and label it before transfer to the specified location.
Distribution: We transport our frozen or fresh food to the specified location where it is delivered to our customers in a safe way according to food temperature controls method, to keep it out of the danger zone and ensure that our customers receive their food products in the best possible condition.
Local sourcing: For our fresh food, we source our produce from local farmers on Harstine Island and the South Sound. We process and make them into delicious fresh foods at the MTA kitchen, ensuring that our customers enjoy the freshest and healthiest food possible.
