Heyday Farm is a 6-acre farm-to-table event venue located on the south end of Bainbridge Island. Tadao & Tifanie Mitsui both grew up on the Island and have operated their business on the farm since 2016 and recently purchased the property. In January 2022 they purchased the wholesale bakery business formerly known as Farm Kitchen Bakery, to continue creating delicious cookies, shortbreads, granola, and sweet breads for Puget Sound customers.

Our recipes were created by Hollis Fay, using high-quality ingredients. She developed some of the recipes as the founding owner of Bainbridge Bakers in Winslow, we have also added our own creations to the mix! We sell our goods to coffee shops, grocery stores and cafes throughout the region.

All of our baked goods use non-GMO Shepherd's Grain Flours, non-rBST Washington produced butter, non-GMO canola oil, cane sugar, pure vanilla, organic fruits, and fresh herbs. We use local, Washington, non-GMO, and organic products when applicable.
