About Us
Indoor mushroom farm operations using control environmental conditions needed for mushrooms. Farming operations are guided by the USDA M-Gap and food safety guidelines. Commercial mushroom cultures chosen for their taste and cooking characteristics. Sawdust, soy hull, wheat bran, and other substrate components are chosen for their cleanliness.
Practices
Grow operations utilize byproducts (sawdust, soy, wheat) from other commercial processes to grow mushrooms. Post grow recycling and composting are an important part of our operations. Mushroom compost is utilized to improve gardens and fields. Solar Power reduces required dependency on carbon fuels.
