We grow vegetables using traditional techniques on our farm on Bainbridge Island. We process foods focusing on raw, lactic fermentation, selling them unpasteurized with live cultures.

All of our pre-consumer vegetable waste is fed to our mangalitsa hogs, which we also cure and process for sale in our restaurants. Our farm is certified salmon-safe and while not certified organic, we never use pesticides or chemical fertilizers
